1. Who we are

The Service is operated by Rosenama (“Rosenama,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). You can contact us at [email protected].

Rosenama is a marketplace platform that helps customers discover and book local businesses, and helps businesses list their services, manage bookings, and present their profiles online. Rosenama is not the provider of the underlying personal or professional services that businesses offer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised.

You agree to provide accurate registration details and to keep them up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Bookings made through Rosenama connect customers with businesses. Details such as service, time, staff, and contact information may be shared with the relevant business so they can fulfill the booking.

Rosenama does not currently process payments for services on the platform. Any payment arrangements are between you and the business unless we introduce payment features later and update these Terms.

Disputes about service quality, pricing, refunds, no-shows, or cancellations should first be raised with the business. Rosenama may, at its discretion, help facilitate communication but is not obligated to mediate or resolve every dispute.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
• Harass, abuse, or impersonate others, or post defamatory or infringing content.
• Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or bypass security or rate limits.
• Upload malware or content you do not have the right to share.
• Use the Service if you are under 16.

7. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit (such as reviews, business descriptions, and photos). By submitting content, you grant Rosenama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the Service.

The Rosenama name, branding, software, and site design are owned by Rosenama or its licensors. You may not copy or misuse them without permission.

We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, and we may modify or discontinue parts of the Service with or without notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rosenama and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or from interactions with businesses listed on the Service.

Rosenama is not responsible for the acts, omissions, services, or premises of businesses listed on the platform. Your remedies for issues with a booked service lie primarily with that business.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to Rosenama for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars (or equivalent), except where prohibited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. Where available, you may request account deletion through the product or by contacting [email protected]. Account deletion may be limited if you have an active business membership or other obligations that require retention of certain records.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, or if we discontinue the Service.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Rosenama’s principal place of business, which will be specified here once Rosenama’s legal entity details are finalized. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
